Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as office administrator
Skills required
- Experience of accounting and handling cash
- Experience of handling suppliers and negotiating with suppliers
- Experience of managing office events
- Experience of coordination with candidates for interviews
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage project suppliers in coordination with project team from quotation to delivery of goods
- Manage and maintain office supplies and all consumables like stationary, pantry, safety, first aid, etc.
- Manage work of contractor employees like Office boy, etc.
- Manage and maintain account work - Verify all invoices from suppliers, bills sent by employees and submit to accounts team for further processing
- Manage bank work like collecting cash, NEFT transfer for urgent outstation payments, etc.
- Ensure timely utility bill payments and other supplier payments
- Support recruitment process & employee On/Off Boarding
- Ensure proper hospitality services are provided to guests/visitors in a timely manner
- Manage all types of travel and hotel bookings
- Manage office events like get together, picnics, birthdays, cultural, etc.
- Manage and maintain reception area
Educational Qualifications
- B.COM or equivalent higher-level degree
