JOB TITLE: Business Analyst
REPORTING TO: COO
COORDINATION WITH: all other Vertical Heads and their teams – HR, Administration and F&A
Education and experience
Engineer from a reputed university with 3-5 years experience
Engineer with an MBA from a reputed university with 1-5 years experience
Should have worked with the industry (upstream/downstream/midstream)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Technical skills expected are Excel / power point / report writing / business plans / numbers skills.
Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
Needs to be mature and be able to maintain confidentiality and trust.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collation of multiple businesses’ data, which needs to be reviewed and analysed time to time.
The analysed data from multiple businesses needs to be reviewed thoroughly and reports generated with meaningful information based on goals / targets etc to be presented to COO time to time for key decision making.
Will be responsible to take the minutes of business meetings and follow up actions from the business heads and COO to ensure the business is not impacted.
The BA also needs to ensure that follow up and to do lists are maintained for reportee of the COO.
Collation / tracking and distribution of the Industry information related to multiple businesses and location.
Tracking, collation and distribution of competition data for all our business.
Report writing- as required.
Preparation of business plans as required. review of business plans + budgets
Filing of various key business data in a systematic manner
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly business review presentation preparation
Additional work as assigned from time to time by the business leader.
