Role Summary: To manage the team of credit life managers and ensure that they achieve their targets, and in turn achieve organizational targets.
Reports To : Area Sales Manager - Tata Capital ( Credit Life Division )
Supervises : Credit Life Managers
Geographic Area Covered : Defined region/territory/state
Internal Stakeholders : Credit Life Managers/Credit Life Operations/Claims Team/Zone Ops and Branch Ops
Key Result Areas
Team Management :
Develop CLMs through coaching, training, team management and support, etc.
Drive CLMs to increase collected SP business month-on-month to achieve business targets with higher TALIC penetration for all partners.
Provide operational support to CLMs in terms of business submission, issuance, pending resolve,
Plan, Monitor and Review CLMs on a regular basis – to drive their sales activity, jt field work, branch visits penetration level across assigned partners branches/locations.
Ensure that the CLMs are achieving their SP targets and improving their performance by earnings consistently through MaxiCash incentives.
Partner Relationship Management:
Should maintain healthy and strong relationship with various stakeholders fm partners side.
Detailed process knowledge of partners business acquisition to optimize business opportunities by sharing it with team.
To plan and execute various engagement activities with partners to increase talic penetration.
Focus on customer satisfaction and resolution of queries within the stipulated TATs.
Ensure Compliance : Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
MIS & Reporting : Maintain required trackers & reports to be submitted to various stakeholders/partners.
Risk :Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.

Mortgage industry / Insurance industry awareness
Problem solving skills

Qualification : Graduate / PG / MBA
Experience : 5-7 years
