Job Description
Monitoring & Controlling Entire Plant Operations Closely Supervise the Production Planning, Process Improvements, Yield improvements, batch cycle time Optimisation, increase in Right First Time Batches and Engineering Changes through Management of Change Control procedure.
Ensure proper Root Cause Analysis and Effective Implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions for all the Customer Complaints, In-Process rejections.
Ensure the Compliance of all the Legal requirements within the due date
Over all Admin Control over the Plant Operations.
Handling overall manpower of site with proper system.
Builds organisational capability to learn continuously ahead of the curve and ensures effective absorption of production and process technologies
- 10- 15 years in Manufacturing / Process Industry, at least 3 years must have worked as Senior production engineer. Exposure to batch process is a must, formulation background is preferable.
