Responsible
Find opportunity for operational improvement
Process and perform gap analysis
Perform Partners Impact analysis
Process Simplification, Execute Organizational change process
Preparing Business requirement and Finance requirement document for the project
Drafting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Crafting Process Maps
Connect with partners to understand the roles and responsibilities of each team in a process
Work on Holocentric and MS VISIO tool to prepare end to end process flow.
Detailing Project requirement on Confluence and JIRA tool
Leading varied type of testing including UAT/IAT testing
Coordinates with multiple partners to execute the test as per plan
Preparing the overall testing briefing pack and draft test case/sceneries
Provide inputs and assist in preparing quarterly update for AC on the status of IT audit plan and ad-hoc IT audits, key audit observations, status of audit recommendations etc.
Drive meeting to discuss the test results and acquire sign off from partners
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
MBA Finance/CA
Certified Business Analyst
Project or work stream management experience ideally within a finance transformation program, work stream lead in design and/or implementation
Preferred qualifications
Experience of Requirement Gathering (FRD /BRD)
Experience of Process Mapping
Experience of Impact Assessment
Experience of working with diverse partner and varied environment
Experience in project environment with efficient Accounting and Finance knowledge
Proven analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written as the role involved regular interaction and management of onshore counterparts.
Good MS office skills
Good understanding of accounting concepts
Eye for detail and quick response time
Capability to handle project independently with minimum supervision
