Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks, free sites and also on the local database by applying appropriate search strings.
Respond quickly to open positions, but always with quality as a priority.
Scrutinize profiles on predefined parameters & desired specification.
Conduct preliminary interviews to ensure only quality candidates reach the hiring managers hence ensuring better & faster closures.
Coordinate and schedule Interviews of candidates with Technical panel & managers.
Regular coordination with hiring managers to gather & update on the current status of their requirements.
Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
Prepare the required recruitment related report.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills with result oriented approach will be a great PLUS.
