Team manages a team of subject matter experts providing very detailed Enterprise Finance plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results, manages the company’s balance sheet, including funding, capital and investments; oversees internal real estate needs; drives acquisitions; is responsible for financial controls; and leads corporate strategy.
About the Role
This leadership role requires a developed understanding of Enterprise Finance identifies areas of financial risk and mitigates efforts appropriately. Responsible for internal financial management reporting and analysis to support the enterprise, business units, and functional areas and provide meaningful insights into the underlying drivers impacting results

Strategize with business unit and Enterprise Finance & Information Technology leadership on multi-year business unit priorities and execution plans within the team.
Provide leadership and management to product managers, senior analysts and key initiative resources; this will include goal setting and progress, communication, development planning, and reviews
Spearhead efforts in identification and implementation of process controls, documentation of our consolidated reporting and control architecture, and establishing an effective and compliant architecture for daily financial reporting.
Face off with internal and external auditor for a high risk application as defined under operational risk guidelines.
Lead and deliver executive-level communication and updates
Ability to organize multiple responsibilities and deliver results in an accurate and timely manner while adapting to changes in priorities.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with an ability to explain complicated challenges to different areas of the business.
Develop a “continuous improvement” ethos within the team and help drive this culture across the finance function.
Interact with business users and understanding the objectives
Communicating with business users clearly regarding objectives, requirements, design and modifications
Analyze the data, conceptualize, recommend solution options and design report and dashboards
Ensuring the dashboard has the right layout/interactivity/readability for user to summarize information.
Creating action filters, parameters, groups, calculated sets and using other Tableau features for preparing Dashboards and Worksheets in Tableau
Responsible for improving the Dashboard performance
Identify, explore and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using best practices
Responsible for conveying insights in an intuitive and compelling way to drive understanding and decision making from key executives on down to operational analysts.
Market Skills and Certifications
Bachelor’s/ Post graduate in Engineering or Business Administration
8+ years of experience in SQL queries Preferably – Oracle Essbase/Oracle Server, SQL Server and Teradata
Strong working experience with 5+ years in Design, build and maintain dashboards using Tableau
Ability to manage team members with diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work both independently and within team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to perform complex analyses, build financial models, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to business leaders.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power point.
8+ years of experience in SQL queries Preferably – Tableau, Oracle Essbase/Oracle Server, SQL Server and Teradata
Industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions.
Knowledge on SharePoint and understanding of how Tableau integrates with SharePoint is beneficial.
Good to have experience in one or more reporting tools.
