As a core member of our Product Support team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
This position reports to the Manager of Vendor Applications and is a key position within the Technology Operations group which is responsible for administration and maintenance of various vendor applications within Citco.
Ensure 24/7 highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our business customers for third party vendor applications.
Installation, administration, upgrades and patching of third party vendor applications in AWS and on-prem.
Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of various applications both installed in AWS as well on-prem.
Security and access control.
Provision of support and assistance to development teams in the design, development, testing, tuning and implementation of business rules.
This job requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Due to the dynamic nature of the business, self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly are essential. Salary will be based on experience.
Be aware of systems security in application and system software to implement and monitor policy and ensure full protection of software and data from un-authorized access or disruption of services.
Identify areas for professional development of self and act to enhance professional development.
About You:
7+ years of experience in Software Industry
In depth knowledge in any CRM or Workflow/case management system.
Knowledge in Creatio, Xceptor or Dynamo will be an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud technology preferably AWS.
Knowledge of installation and upgrade of software products on Windows/Unix environments in AWS and on-prem.
Good knowledge of RDBMS including SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with Unix/Linux including basic commands and shell scripting.
Experience of working with multiple projects/tasks and ability to prioritise on the fly.
Experience of supporting multiple teams.
Supports ongoing research and development activities to investigate new technologies and tools, which might be used by company personnel to more effectively and efficiently perform their jobs.
Assists in disaster recovery planning, testing and execution as needed.
Possesses keen troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.

AWS certifications.
Good documentation skills ( Office/Visio, etc )
Personal and educational characteristics:
4 years college degree preferably in computers.
Excellent communicator
