Responsible for Training and Motivation to CSC-VLE for successful IRDAI Examination completion
Liasoning with CSC e District Managers (eDM) across state.
Constantly searching for new VLEs and their conversion into Raps
Scheduling Sales calls and meeting with CSC-VLE/RAPs/eDMs
Following Competitors Actions and Activities and suitable actions accordingly
Interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth operations and claims experience to customers
Industry Understanding & Competitive Awareness; Product Knowledge; Customer Relations; Sales Execution; Sales through CSC channel
