Ensure the overall CSC Portfolio across products (LTD) grows on month on month basis Monitoring activation of maximum sales officers in terms of Units cross sold and sourcing all the product portfolio.
Proper coordination of HDFC Bank Regional Team, CSC Banking Channel and CSC at the ground level.
Recruitment Identification of right fit candidates for the role - external or internal Liaise with HR for completion of joining formalities Ensure proper on-boarding of the candidates - training and mentoring Provide clear direction to the candidates w.
