Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves –
Proactively engage with prospective Buyers, advise them the right choice and suggest relevant Options, Facilitate Site Visit, Negotiation and closure of the transaction with the help of developer/Promoter.
These activities need to be undertaken through lead generation, through web portal, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
Research on new / upcoming projects through internet, newspapers, cold calling and other sources
Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Mangers in the group
Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
Keep update on Market Intelligence
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables towards monthly Numbers.
Ensuring optimum client service.
