Job Summary:
The key responsibility of the HR Recruiter will be to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Design and update job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from job portals and other online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
Craft recruiting emails and other recruitment materials to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
Prepare and distribute assignments and other preliminary screening tests (like aptitude tests).
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Build a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and schedule interviews for the same.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Qualification(s):
MBA HR, MSW HR, MA HRM or similar qualifications.

Experience
Nature of Experience:Experience in sourcing profiles through various job portals. Expertise in hiring multiple functions such as ITES/ IT / Non-IT. (BPO / Accounting / Finance/ Engineering). Hands on experience in managing End to End Recruitment from understanding of business requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, mass / bulk hiring / lateral hiring etc.
Length of Experience: 2 – 4 years.

Cost to the company: 1.8 - 2.4 Lakhs per annum.
Location: Chennai.
Age Group: 22 – 28 years.

Additional information:
Experience in working with a consultancy will be an added advantage.
