Ø Meeting SLAs as per client requirement
Ø Lead, Assist, Mentor and Track performance of Quality Analysts for process improvement
Ø Monitor and improve the quality of the operations
Ø Generating Monthly reports and Perform weekly / monthly analysis based on Pareto analysis, Trend analysis, Correlation analysis, Fish Bone Analysis, Second level analysis for Process performance improvement
Ø Implement plans to bring about an improvement on the Quality scores and Perform scheduled and random audits for Process Compliance
Ø Conduct Calibration Sessions with Clients and the Quality associates regularly and ensure that the team is calibrated.
Strong Healthcare knowledge, Good in MS office skills, Good communication skills
