Job Brief:
We are looking a candidate who is having good experience in tele calling and post sales coordination with sales team and clients.
Key Responsibilities & Job description:
Responsible to interact with client to solve their queries.
Coordinate between clients and sales team for site visit and fulfill requirement of clients.
Timely follow up with the issues of clients.
Provide feedback of the client to seniors.
Keep time to time record of client's status
Solve issues of clients on calls as well as on emails.
Requirements:
Candidate should have good English communication skill.
Candidate should have good client relationship management skill.
Should be able to join as soon as possible.
