Roles and Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement.
Understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference
Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
Must be able to work on MS Office.
Any Graduate who is good in communication and want to make their career in HR/Recruitment
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis - Very Aggressively.
