Job Summary
Position Name : Project Administrator

REQUIRED:

  • A degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 4 yrs of experience required in a support role.
  • Strong PC skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle priorities in a professional and timely manner.

DESIRED:

  • Experience in Business development and sales related activities to corporate
  • Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Able to deal with a high pressure dynamic environment undergoing constant change.

Responsibilities and Duties

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Description of the opportunity and position

  • Managing and co-ordination of the activities associated with the delivery of the project / SOLVE training modules
  • Handling customer’s / solves partner’s requirements and co-ordinate with clients for the support requirements.
  • Anchoring the solve initiatives – which include monitoring the work activities / process.
  • Content Development – includes building proposals, Designing, proof reading etc.
  • Business development – identify partners across the region for selling Solve.
  • Calendar Management- Periodic updates , information sharing on schedules
  • Manage the internal recruitment drives for Solve – includes Job posting , screening of the profiles , etc.
  • Induction for new joiners.
  • Relationship management - Maintain good relationship with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Database Management – Building client database, Maintaining database –Storage and retrieval
  • Support to the Director / Business Head for specific projects.
  • Organizational Development (OD) Support (Support on development tools viz. assessment tools , psychometric tools and other project related to organizational development )
