We are looking for a young and talented Product Marketing & Communication Manager, who will responsible for Product management function like Product (Research till Launch and positioning), Pricing, Product Promotions (ATL|BTL), build the brand and offer awareness by developing and executing creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate has to be passionate for the “art” of Product marketing and should have an abundance of innovative ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and brand image.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Study competitor marketing and promotion strategies and pre-empt the same. Conduct primary and secondary market research to analyse the opportunities, market gaps, industry trends etc.
- Create Regional marketing plans by understanding the market drivers and business strategies' and converting them into actionable marketing activities for business offerings promotion and business growth.
- Develop promotional launch plans for new products including key messaging, photography, videos, marketing materials, sales tools, ad campaigns and identifying key trade shows to create visibility for new offer.
- Identifying, planning & executing events, making event collaterals and supporting materials, negotiating with event organizers & vendors for booth space, co-coordinating with them for attendee list and follow-up with sales colleagues for the business conversions.
- Help identify opportunities for thought leadership and generate content. Handling corporate, product, & service brochure, price list, customer case studies, testimonials etc.
- Support in providing speed of response to product enquiries received from customers by offering first level quotation and follow up with Sales team for the conversions.
- Support the sales team in execution of identified go to market strategy.
- Pitch creative ideas for displays or promotions that can be implemented at the point of sale.
- Prepare and share monthly business performance reports with key internal stake-holders to know the current state and recommendation for improvements.
- Develop and Introduce Schemes for distributor / Retailer / Business partners and evaluate the effectiveness of the scheme.

Profil requis
Experience:
Total Experience of ~10 years [5+ years of relevant work experience in a reputed organization]
Key Attributes / Knowledge / Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and team skills
- Demonstrated success in positioning and launching New products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Good Knowledge of software tools and processes commonly used in marketing
- Capable of actively participating in ideation, problem solving and decision making
- Working with cross functional teams to achieve high standards of performance
- Preference will be given for prior exposure as a part of Marketing & Communication team
- Awareness of digital marketing landscape and driving principles will be added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
