The Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics will be part of Analytics Center of Excellence rolling up to Synchrony India. The candidate will be responsible for delivering on end-to-end project execution that includes understanding the business problem, data extraction, validation and providing insights in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify opportunities to improve Digital Marketing.
Explore new data sources in EDL to analyze behavior of customer segments and build strategies to drive Digital adoption
Deliver on projects, Analytical packages, and reports (as and when required)
Regularly communicate with Stakeholders on Projects
Ability to independently work with multiple stakeholders to gather project requirements / inputs, develop analysis approach, extract data, perform analysis and present conclusion / solution
Should be able to effectively assess the project execution and communicate it to stakeholders constructively
Share and continuously evaluate industry best practices in Digital Analytics
Should be a strong story teller and have in-depth technical knowledge of each project
Responsible and committed to the last mile execution of project
All projects should be adhering to SLA’s on timeliness, accuracy & compliance
Proactively leverage expertise in the larger team to deliver positive business impact
B. Tech / M. Tech or relevant qualification
2-4 years of experience in Analytics domain with at least 0-2 years in Digital Analytics.
Strong written/oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with the Stakeholders
Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems
Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Exposure to Agile Framework is an advantage

Understanding of macro-economic conditions

Good understanding of bank card, private-label, or financial services business
Good understanding of Digital Metrics and KPIs to analyze the digital performance
Ability to communicate effectively with the Stakeholders and take the complete ownership of the project
Experience of working in an Agile Framework
