We are offering one outstanding candidate the opportunity to be a Key Area Manager, based in Green Pak Extension, New Delhi, India.

What are you accountable for achieving?

Establish effective territory strategies which further Igenomix’s goals in select targeted key accounts by developing account-specific business plans.

Identify, develop, and maintain high-value relationships with KOLs, IVF Specialists, Embryologists, Fetal Medicine Doctors, Geneticists, ObGyn etc.

Build a comprehensive knowledge of customers and prospects including the overall market, customer needs.

Demonstrate knowledge of, access to, and the ability to influence all key stakeholders in targeted accounts (IVF specialists, Geneticist, Fetal Medicine, Embryologists etc:.).

Attend identified relevant national/regional/local education meetings and conferences, maximizing opportunities at these events to deepen and expand the credibility of Igenomix.

Deliver compelling sales presentations: close initial business, follow-up and identify repeat business while building a network of referrals.

Participate in/facilitate educational programs, training and customer support efforts working with Igenomix’s internal partners (Clinical Services).

Coordinate and communicate sales activities and strategies to management while defining resource requirements.

Develop and maintain all account/contact details within Customer Relationship Management database.

Utilize sales tracking tools to effectively monitor and direct customer activities.

Provide regular and accurate sales forecast updates.

Satisfy all product training requirements as established by management.

Traveling will be an essential requirement for this position for at least 12 days a month.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

BSc or Master's degree in Biology, Microbiology Life Sciences or related field.

Strong technical background in molecular biology, genomics, a plus.

Successful sales or account management experience sales (Fertility clinics, ObGyn is recommended).

Demonstrated ability to convert qualified leads into closed sales.

Excellent listening, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to illustrate potential opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, with the goals of bringing the appropriate resources to a specific customer need.
