Job Description

The leader of the Presales organization, responsible for working closely with Executive Team & Sales

Leadership on opportunity prioritization, resourcing & assignments, and the development and execution

of strategies, proposals, estimates and responses to secure selection and win new & repeat business.

The role has primary responsibility for the quality & timeliness of client deliverables, optimizing of

existing processes to support execution and applying well-honed management skills to recruit, develop,

manage and promote team members.

Role Description

Manage inbound Presales resource requests & allocations, tracking of activities, progress and internal coordination to execute to client required timelines

Support and optimize existing processes for requirements gathering, solution development and estimation to build-in quality for sales proposals and responses

Deliver corporate overview and client presentations, highlighting solution expertise, best practices, case studies, and proposed solutions and plans to execute

Primary support for RFI / RFP responses, including clarifying requirements, assigning and coordinating internal resources & expertise, and managing submission timeline

Creating proposed roadamps for feature & service innovation, helping prospects understand emerging technologies and the transformational impact on their business

Maintain and expand client relationships through delivery of high quality work

Able to recruit and develop Presales organization, with past experience coaching, developing and mentoring staff to support skills development and promotion

Build strong working relationships across the Sales & Executive team, and drive continuous improvement in existing & new processes to improve Presales KPIs


Any Bachelor degree or equivalent
