We are Hiring Urgently HR Executive
Any Graduate, MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with command over spoken and written English as well as the local language
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Good understanding of human resources policies and procedures
Compassionate and Good interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Responsibilities and Duties
Handle End to end recruitment process
Proactively solve employee & payroll grievances
Maintain Employee records
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Entering data in ERP & generating reports when required
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Measure employee retention and turnover ratesOversee daily operations of the HR department
Job posting of open position with our client and on various job portals & social media and collecting the responses and short listing candidate accordingly.
Monday to Saturday (10.00 AM to 7.00 PM)
Human Resources(HR): 0-2 year or Internship.
