Senior Executive - Inside Sales

Roles & Responsibilities :
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (experience in lead generation function for IT companies)
Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM) in identifying target market, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity.
Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of ALTEN Calsoft Labs Services.
Develop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with the ISM/field sales executive
Cold call prospective leads
Follow up on warm leads
Independently handle first level of conversation on chosen services
Convert hot leads into face to face or telephonic meetings
Lead qualification and hand over
Build a lead pipeline

Preferred Education:
Any graduate

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3+ Years

Area of Expertise: Cold Calling & Lead Generation (Should be good in Networking and Telecom Domain)
