Microsoft Certification on SharePoint 2013 Administration- Should have experience of working in support projects SLA compliance, ticket prioritization and change management.- ITIL V3 knowledge.- Should have used ticketing tracking tools like Service Now, JIRA etc..- Experience in managing small team.-Must have ability to interact with foreign customers - good communication (written and verbal), strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Should be able to report SLA and KPIs from ticketing tool-Should have been involved in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, implementation.- Strong process oriented and quick learner- Ready to work in shifts (24X7) and on call support- Should be matching standard GCM 3 characteristics of Atos.
