Monitoring team and their activities to make sure there will be no delay or piling of pending work.
Maintain and manage the work load among team members and make sure there will be right person for the right job.
Help and assist employees in day to day working. Especially, email and order management
Report directly to the owner of the company.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
A prior experience in team management and finesse with computer related tasks would be a big help. Proficiency in organising and drafting emails would help increase the output for us greatly. Command over spoken and written English + Hindi would be a must.
