Shall have adequate knowledge on Setting, Operation & Cleaning of Encapsulation machine, check weighing, Encapsulation line machines operation in manufacturing activities
Should independently handle equipment’s like Encapsulation machine, Check-weigher, line equipment’s of capsule filling machines in manufacturing areas
Responsible for troubleshooting of equipment like Checkweigher, line equipment’s of capsule filling machines in manufacturing areas
Responsible for carrying out Product to Product change over & Batch to batch changeover within stipulated time by ensuring GMP compliance
Monitoring & Recording of environmental conditions in the Encapsulation & Other process areas
Cleaning of Process & Non process area
Should follow cGMP practices in the manufacturing area & should ensure SOP compliance while working in the manufacturing area
Responsible for carrying out in process checks related to batch manufacturing
Responsible for carrying out calibration of Balances & handling of IPQA instruments related to manufacturing areas
Responsible for Wash area & Material Storage areas management
Should carry out documentation of all activities related to manufacturing areas
Should follow safety precautions in the production department
Should ensure compliance to data integrity as per laid down system and procedure
Should have exposure to audits like USFDA, MHRA, WHO (as applicable)
Qualifications
HSSC/ITI/Diploma with 2 to 5 years experience in Compression
