You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You'll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. Design and Development of key functionality within the application
Carry out design reviews/code reviews at agreed points throughout the project life cycle
Work closely with the vendor development team to monitor the design/development undertaken by them
Hands on design and development of technical artifacts
Participate in technical reviews, define/Improve processes on configuration management, deployment and resiliency planning for the application.
5 to 8 years of Pega Exp Pega version: Pega 7, 8+.
Basic Knowledge on JAVA, HTML and Angular
Pega certification is a must(CSA / CSSA)
Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodology development
Should have involved in architecture design and development PRPC 7 or 8+
Strong knowledge and experience on Pega internals and product architecture
Strong knowledge and experience on the Pega Case management, Reporting, integration and security module
Good understanding of Database, Hands on web services and Oracle (DB DDL, DML, SP).
Good in communication. Can independently drive calls/discussions with stakeholders
Strong debugging skill and experience in connectors and services
Financial industry work experience is desirable
UNIX, Apache Tomcat, SQL knowledge is desirable
Exposure to full life-cycle experience in large systems, preferably in the financial industry
MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Computer Science or Information Technology
Exposure on CI (Continues integration) tools
An understanding of the investment banking and finance reference data experience in one or more of the following business areas:: Fixed Income, FX, F&O, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Hedge Funds
Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development
Exposure to GIT, maven, concordian/fitnesse, crucible, sonar and JIRA desirable
Strong knowledge of server side design patterns, continuous integration & continuous delivery principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6 to 8 years' work experience
Exposure to technology development projects and the full technology development lifecycle
Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers).
Strong problem-solving skills
