Job Title - Dispatcher
Job Description:
- Primary responsibility is to monitor the ticketing portal and assign the new tickets to appropriate resources as per the ticket assignment process.
- Log all Incident/ Service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes.
- Ensure that the Ticket Assignment SLA targets are achieved daily.
- Make decisions quickly, often with limited information.
- Regularly review and analyze the service boards and follow-up with support team.
- Escalate major Incidents to appropriate team members.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fluent written & spoken English communication.
- Possess great attention to details.
- Excellent customer orientation skills
- Knowledge on IT based solutions will be added advantage.
- Must have completed Diploma or Degree from a recognized university
- Work schedule as 5 days 10 hours shifts a week, mix of days and nights.
Work Experience: 0 – 12 months
