Colt Data Centre Services has over 20 years’ experience in designing, building and operating energy-efficient, reliable data centres - hosting significant financial, media, corporate and both hyper-scale and Tier 2 cloud service providers across the world.
We have an aggressive plan to expand our footprint to new markets in India with further expansion into key Tier 1 markets of Paris, London, Frankfurt, and Tokyo with hyper-scale quality data centres. This is just in the next 18 to 24 months. Additional sites and cities will be evaluated in order to provide the platform for sustainable growth.

The Project Manager is a key member of the IT Team with responsibility for both a portfolio of projects and for providing oversight of projects managed by other members of the team. This role is also responsible for providing oversight of IT Change activities and ensuring these are managed effectively.
Own and manage a portfolio of projects.
Plan, direct, and co-ordinate the delivery of a variety of projects of varying complexity and budget.
Ensuring that project deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and to the agreed specification.
Regularly assessing whether projects continue to meet business objectives and Time, Cost and Quality constraints.
Coordinate and monitor any Changes required as part of project implementation.
Monitor and report on key business risks and make recommendations with managers for mitigation to reduce risk.
Matrix management of IT and 3rd party resources in the delivery of projects.
Adhere to Colt DCS PMO project governance process.
Role specific requirements
Skills & Experience
Project Management Experience
Able to demonstrate a proven background in project delivery, from building business case through to project closure
Strong writing skills with the ability to distil complex information and processes into easy to use toolkits and guidance.
Good ability to carry out business process reviews, map ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states and identify opportunities for improvement.
Highly self-motivating, resilient and tenacious.
Practical understanding of IT Management/Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT)
Experience of managing a variety of projects
Experience of working in a multi-client environment
Produces work to consistently high standards
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
Displays high level of professionalism and integrity
Flexible approach to working conditions and working hours to meet business objectives, including visits to remote offices/sites as required
