Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Transitions
New Delhi, Delhi
Main Accountabilities:
Driving Project dynamics including transition & transformation across multiple sending & receiving locations, niche skill sets and process requirements etc.
Project execution , milestone identification and risk assessment/mitigation plan
Actively engage in creating process maps and defining measurements and metrics and SLA’s
Collaborates Regionally and Globally to ensure best practices, standardized tools, and methods are deployed to support execution of the projects.
Work with Tower leads/ Pyramid Leads & Functional Leads to optimize assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing best practices across the regions
Establish and manage a robust plan for successful deployment of transition roadmaps.
Acts as the single point of contact for the project for client and internal stakeholders at GBS India and works closely with all the support functions and operations within the organization.
Providing timely and accurate reporting and feedback of results during the migration phases at GBS India and escalating issues where necessary
Arrange / Manage all Logistics for GBS India Team Travel
Daily/Weekly meeting with Transition Team
Candidates with prior Operations experience ( F&A / HRO ) would be an added advantage

Proficient in MS Office including Visio (or related process mapping tool) & MS PowerPoint & Project
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal, influencing & negotiating skills including stakeholder management & client interaction
Experience in managing techno-functional projects would be a plus
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
People Management Skills

Entry Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree ( PMP/Prince 2 certification would be a plus )
5+ years of relevant experience in successful transitions and project management including change management & governance.
The position execute projects deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of the projects
Broad knowledge of business operations and ability to implement and manage organizational change effectively.
Ability to persuade and influence cross-functionally at all levels is critical.
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations whilst under pressure from stakeholders.
Manage Project Scope and plan. Also , update all the stakeholders on project status and shares the issues\risks involved proactively
