We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Recruitment Services
The Opportunity: (Brief Overview of the Role)
As part of the recruitment services team, the role holder will provide guidance and support related to Recruitment and On-boarding Services that includes requisition management, Internal Job Posting, offer creation / extension, initiating background checks and coordinate with the vetting team, ensure employee ID’s are generated by following the set of guidelines, on-boarding formalities, creation of Employee personal files of Executives, Specialist and Volume Hires. Stakeholders – Candidates, Hiring Managers and provide periodic updates. Make decisions, identify and resolve complex decisions related to setting up of process and coordination between recruitment team and recruitment services
What you’ll do:
Ensure all KPI targets for the span are met as per defined SLA
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in smooth delivery of Requisition Management, Internal Job postings, Offer, Vetting checks, on-boarding, Employee ID creation and Personal file submission for all hires (both external and internal)
Handles all new hire processes including requisition management, internal screening, offer letter generation/delivery, and follow-up; ensures all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and lead to a positive experience for all involved
Coordinates candidate pre-employment checks and serves as the primary contact with third party vendors, as appropriate, to ensure timely and proper facilitation of candidate status
Manage Pre-joining formalities for all new joiners
Be responsible for induction activities and coordinate with allied functions for induction
Ensure use of People Services, implement automation or digitization and reduce manual intervention
Prepare and showcase People Services metrics on a regular basis to key stake holders
Need to drive self & team to operate in a tight time lines, complex environment while maintaining strong VOC scores
Constantly upgrade self & team skills to be on par. Process to be self-sufficient independent of specific resources
Provide support in a high-volume environment to corporate recruiters throughout the recruiting process for an assigned business unit
Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate.
Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms and is well-versed in the retention policies of the company
Graduate or Post Graduate in HR or related discipline
At least 6 years of relevant experience in Talent acquisition / HR / Recruitment Operations in a shared services environment
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Expertise in using technology and applicant tracking systems in Talent Acquisition / recruitment is a must
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
Extensive interviewing experience and head hunting skills
Good customer service orientation
Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
Should be analytical and have strong MI skills
