The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer’s queries. They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.
This role is for a configuration analyst responsible for the implementation and maintenance of incentive plans on the Callidus (TrueComp) compensation systems. Responsibility includes understanding comprehensive plan requirements and the ability to translate design into working solutions, while maintaining and troubleshooting existing system plans. Job requires an analytical and technical background, with the ability to adhere to the Agile Methodology best practices and conform to strict timelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Incentive Systems – TrueComp Configuration Architect
Proficient in analysis of incentive plans and able to transform into business rule architecture in Callidus TrueComp Incentive calculation designs
Understand, identify, and evaluate various data sources, meet with data providers to negotiate and contract data transmissions for data from PeopleSoft and other business systems in order to integrate into the Incentive systems
Create best practice documentation for TrueComp incentive plan implementations
Collaborate closely with Reporting, Data Integration, Production Support, and Administration teams to understand and create efficient and scalable calculation designs
Design analytical reports for Incentive Plan effectiveness and provide a dynamic end user experience
Provide Functional, Technical Design, and Operational documentation deliverables
Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams and ensure coordination, effective communication, and optimal productivity with high quality deliverables.
Create complex queries using PL/SQL for research and table navigation purposes
Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met in a constantly changing environment. Must collaborate with other teams to align with Agile methodologies
Required Technical Skills (Must be Hands-on)
3-5 years of experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL including testing, tuning and debugging queries and programs OR
3-5 years of experience in programming using Java or ASP.NET, SQL skills and database design
Expert in Microsoft Excel in creating analytical reports as well as using complex formulas and macros.
Experience working with large teams leveraging SDLC and/or agile methodologies and ability to deliver quality code with proper documentation in the specified time
Preferred skills: (Highly Desirable)
1+ years of experience with Callidus TrueComp, Varicent, or other systems that have a rule based configuration. Hands-On experience with Business Rule Configuration, Informatica ETL.

Strong communicator with ability to effectively translate knowledge across all levels of the organization
Be focused on assigned work items and be able to manage multiple high priority deliverables
Experience in working with development teams and coordinating work efforts in different time zones to complete important tasks
Experience with Human Resources, Compensation, and Finance related Processes and Reporting
REQUIREMENTS – Education and Experience
Required 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field
3-5 years of Information Technology experience in business systems, software development, database analysis and Reporting using the above mentioned required skills
