Monthly payroll processing on payroll software, checking payroll inputs, CTC structuring, ensuring Payroll Compliance for 800+employees .
Coordination with Third party contractors for Monthly salary processing, compliance.
Update Minimum wage revisions on payroll system & CTC structuring as per minimum wage statewise circulars on payroll system.
Assist in Payroll auditing by providing payroll data during Audits & to ensure accurate and complete information in payroll systems.
Verifying investment documents provided by employees as per IT rues.
Calculations of Full and Final Settlements & coordination with HR ,Admin ,Accounts teams for timely FNFs of exit cases.
Managing Increment / Bonus cycle: Checking and implementation of annual increments.
Maintaining the detailed schedule of Loans and advances to employees and ensuring the timely deductions from salary.
Preparing monthly MIS reports on Payroll cost, Headcount Report for the company and providing comments against variances.
Processing the monthly reimbursements of expenses.
Propose solution when information is needed or errors occur in payroll system.
Maintain & update employee related records in payroll software.
