We are inviting applications for the role of Associate, Data Entry Operators
In this role, you will be responsible for coordination with various teams to obtain the required data from various sources, data cleaning and maintenance in a standalone database.
Responsibilities
- Data collection and Data entry into the client systems.
- Work on report preparation and maintenance in Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with various team members such as data engineers to optimize and troubleshoot dashboards as per the requirements
- Process large amount of information from variety of Computer Program such as MS word, Adobe PDF and MS Excel
- Accountable for product Documentation, Quality and delivery
- Work closely with engineers to establish automated integration between data load and visualization dashboards.
- Ensure to complete the assigned activities within planned timelines.
- Ensure OTD of all the activities that are being performed with high Quality and Delivery
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in client management, MS Office.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, basic operation of Computer and Tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Good collaboration, creative skills who have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to document, take meaningful decisions in an interactive way
Preferred Qualifications
- Should be able to work independently
- Good Communication skills.
- Customer handling experiences
- Strong attention to detail
