Managing the client relationship by championing the client's needs at OneDirect
Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization to set proper expectations.
Drive new product launches and relationship extensions
Publish recommendations and action plans based on data
Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution
Drive timely renewals.
Drive NPS and referral for our product
1-3 years experience in customer-facing organizations, preferably handling enterprise accounts
