Role & Responsibilities:
Professional with verifiable experience over 5 years of success in achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within Govt./PSU/Defence vertical.
Major experience required should be in data center NON-IT products/solution Sales & Marketing. New customer acquisition, Business Development which includes locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business deals.

Understanding of datacenter non-IT critical business drivers; highly successful in building relationships with all levels stake holders including upper-level decision makers and business partners/consultants.
Proven track record of increasing sales, setting up and providing efficiency in business development to accomplishment of business goals & objectives of improving company’s market share and achieving financial growth.
Should have a proven track record of closing deals within existing Govt./PSU/Defence accounts across India by working with customer closely right from start to end with proactive approach and not in reactive approach.
Responsible for working with the Technical team to evaluate the customer requirements and submit proposals accordingly.
Responsible for handling objections/issues raised by clarifying and working through differences to arrive at a positive conclusion.
Responsible for complete sales cycle i.e. inception of an opportunity to closing the deal with realization of payments in company accounts.
Relationship building and management of an entire opportunity lifecycle.
Strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
