3-7 years of Pre-sales proposal creation experience
Worked on proposals creation in one or more of the following technologies – Mobile, Web Application Development, Blockchain, CryptoCurrency, IoT
Managed medium to large size proposal creation by coordinating with internal stakeholders, in a process-oriented organization and demonstrated a high degree of process adherence in preparation of responses to RFPs
Project management experience a distinct advantage
Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
Responding to specific client requests received through sales team, before RFP or after RFP. Such requests include sharing expertise details on solutioning, case studies, competencies, etc.
Supporting sales in responding to general client queries on solutions and capabilities
Qualify leads in terms of win probability and collaborate with internal stakeholders in RFP go/no-go decisions
The job position will be responsible for providing high-quality bids on time by working in an organized manner with a cross-functional team of technical specialists, solution architects, CoEs, delivery teams, sales team, legal teams, financial teams etc.
The complete cycle from initiation to proposal submission may include understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation, and proposal creation.
Work collaboratively with Offshore and onshore team, at times taking leadership and at times in supporting roles, depending upon the bid situation.
Participate in Internal Reviews and Client Orals
Analyse customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) across functional areas and create proposal content accordingly.
Working with vendors & partners, delivery partners etc. towards completing RFP responses & other sales support documents.
Keeps reporting manager informed of all financial and pricing aspects of the deal including the deal profit and loss, pricing, capital investment, cash flow and all necessary approvals.
Ensure that all work adheres to defined Quality standards- Capable of assuming individual proposal management responsibility (ies) for medium to large sized proposals.
Validate / cross verify the overall solution / deal in terms of customer requirements and alignment with the sales winning strategy.
Diligently follow-up with sales on outcome of submitted proposals and report the status of proposals, periodically, to reporting manager.
