In this role, you have the opportunity to manage the STET team Dashboard, Project status, Budget Spend, KPI and Project funnel pipeline and act as a central coordinator
You are responsible for
Develop and maintain the annual financial & operating plan, long term strategic plan and financial forecast model.
Lead a structured Procurement spend forecasting and planning process.
Develop and lead budgeting and forecasting meaningful project funnel exercise.
Develop and maintain monthly consolidated spend reporting including consolidated savings and analysis of key performance indicators.
Analyzes Procurement financial spend with management, recommends action and participates in strategic cost savings planning process
Provide and maintain the STET department expenses, budget (Plan Vs Actual), Prepare a Dashboard on the savings from STET team.
Provide MIS support to business leaders, ensuring achievement of financial and operating targets..
Prepare ad hoc analyses for STET project savings Vs actual execution in the pipeline
Implement activity based costing methodology for our project savings and contribution to EBITDA.
Develop and run the Spend of Business including leading & managing the team of Procurement.
Provide financial counsel in determining feasibility of projects and business impact of new proposals/initiatives on revenue and profitability.
Lead system enhancement projects that results in reporting and analysis efficiencies
You are a part of
Engineering & Procurement cross-functional team responsible for R&D knowledge transfer, localisation, global transfer projects in Idea to Market (I2M), Market to order (M2O) and Order to customer (O2C). KPI’s include new part development, BOM savings, reverse engineering, value engineering projects, global product & parts transfers, part of extended team of design authority, new cost savings ideas supporting procurement processes.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
As an ideal candidate you should come with 8 - 12 years of providing financial analysis experience, budgeting, forecasting to the internal business partners of the corporate team.
You should be from a Captive or a company involved in third party transactions.
Education qualification - Minimum Graduate, MBA/PGDM will be added
Experience of working with and assisting senior global stake-holders to make strategic decisions through data-driven financial risk and benefit analysis
Fast learner that can gauge relatively quickly the overall business context and can dive deeper to analyze both financial & non-financial elements to create efficiency and productivity from a BOM cost savings stand-point
Experience with building business cases and making recommendations to senior management
Be a driver of Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Understanding of Objectives.
Good Verbal / Written Communication Skills
Ability to Run Stakeholder meetings or Monthly progress review meetings
Be a good Listener and a ring master to derive and drive things for compelling business need.
Be Excellent at Time Management,
Be a good Document writer
Hone your presentation skills ( Simple and Precise) and drive business decision
Have a good modeling skills ( Ability to convert large amount of text into Infographics or more meaningful data)
