Director - Sales
(Mumbai - India)
Responsible for leading the BCD Travel Sales effort to obtain profitable new In-country (National) corporate clients, using effective sales, pricing and marketing techniques along with coordination of available resources.
Your responsibilities:
Achieve the individual and collective team targets set out in the beginning of the year
Increase revenues by means of new client acquisition, existing client expansion and retention
Ensure Account profitability through appropriate negotiations at the time of client signup based on a feasible CBA
Ensure timely kick-off and onboarding of new client
Identify & explore opportunities for client up-selling engagements
Ensure timely submission of all client facing collaterals/ RFPs/ RFIs etc.
Increase client BCD Travel portfolio penetration
Maintain consistent information flows with all associated BCD Travel personnel
Support the Company's strategic relationships at all times
Collaborate with all client stake holders and internal stake-holders throughout the Sales & Implementation phase
We're looking for you if your profile matches the following:
15+ years relevant work experience in a sales position at corporate level
MBA in Marketing or sales preferred
Fluent in Business English, excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in closing and implementing large market/global clients
Good corporate connect and credibility in the Industry
Possessing strong selling and negotiating skills
Knowledge of business travel management preferred
Strategic, creative and result oriented thought process
