Candidate will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of Workday HCM modules, working in Agile Philosophy and will be a member of cross-functional IT delivery team that includes business analysts, developers and testers.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Work with business stakeholders to deliver value through the delivery of high quality software within an agile development lifecycle.
Work with stakeholders on requirements and participate in backlog refining sessions.
Functional lead for one or modules – Recruitment, Compensation, Performance, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll.
Work with the team on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis and design.
Be a champion of existing and upcoming Workday features and capabilities.
Skills and Experience:
Strong HR domain experience working in IT teams.
Experience implementing on premise or cloud (preferred) HR solution – like Workday, Success Factors, Oracle Fusion or Peoplesoft.
Hands on experience configuring and implementing any of these modules – Recruitment, Compensation, Performance, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll.
Experience in configuring Workday preferable.
Product management background preferable.
Analytical approach to solving problems including understanding system interdependencies.
Have an explorer mindset. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion.
4 year + minimum HR technology experience.
12 year + overall experience.
Education / Certification:
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology from an accredited college
Industry standard certifications in relevant technology is preferred
