Experience : 5–8years’ experience in business development preferably from Hi End Luxury Brands/Automobiles, Hospitality Industry, Bank Priority Relationship Managers.
Competencies : Good Communication skills in all the three languages (English, Telegu& Hindi), Smart & Presentable, Honesty and integrity. Ability to analyze market trends and evolving consumer psychology to drive sales consistently by keeping ahead of the competition. Demonstrate ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Track record of superior performance metrics, Excellent negotiation skills, Strong decision-making abilities. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Job Purpose : Achieving growth through successful liason with the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expandscompany's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Participate in setting goals& coaching of salesrepresentatives to close the deal.
