The Logistics Analyst will be based in Hyderabad. Onboarding will be virtual for the time being with occasional socially distanced meetings at a Nextracker office. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager Logistics.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do
Co-ordinate with Project Managers for the project documentation and execution of the shipments.
Co-ordinate with FedEx /DHL/UPS for the courier Shipments.
Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarders for the Bill of Ladings.
Co-ordinate with the Customs Broker (CHA) for the Import clearance.
Arrange for the payment of Customs duty in co-ordination with the Finance Department.
Co-ordinate for the Generation and review of the Tax invoice for the domestic Sales.
Co-ordinate with Courier/transport companies for the pick-up and delivery of the goods to the project sites, within India.
Processing the Invoices of the Service providers, like courier, Transporters, CHA and Freight Forwarders.
Co-ordinate with the Warehouse officials for the Inward and outward movement of the goods. (India and Dubai Warehouse)
Conduct the Physical Inventory reconciliation for the India warehouse.
Co-ordinate with Audit team for the Quarterly and yearly Audit requirements.
Generate E-way Bills for the domestic and Import movement of the goods.
Co-ordinate with FedEx Team for the import of materials through courier mode.
Preparation of M.I.S., Inventory Mgmt.
Here is some of what you will need (required)
Graduate with (2-4) years of experience in domestic/International Logistics operations.
Good understanding of Incoterms and Shipping terms.
Well versed with L/C Documentation and Shipping documents.
Reverse Logistics – movement of goods from Project site to Suppliers.
Well versed with the Import customs Clearance process for the Import Shipments.
Handling Invoicing function
Self-motivated, proactive, with a desire to learn/grow.
Well versed to arrange all local transportation within India.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences
Have knowledge of LCL, FCL, DG LCL and DG FCL.
Knowledge of GST / E – Waybill / E - Invoice
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external customers.
Ability to effectively organize and structure activities on daily basis, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to a deadline.
