Job Description:
Sales and Business Development of total IT solution with Hardware, Software and ICT Managed Services such as AMCs, Multi-Vendor Technical Support, Facility Management Service, Network Field Operations, RFID Infrastructure for Locating, Asset Tracking, Smart City Solutions etc.
Experience in IT Hardware Sales, IT Software Sales, IT Network Sales or similar field.
Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating new business from existing accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Account Management comprising of Account building & growing, Account Mining, Up-selling and cross selling.
Keep track of all the ICT projects and ensure product spec-in and approvals.
Travel to customer sites to personally meet with customers IT Head/ CTO/ CIO/ CFO and Purchase Heads and manage corporate communication, customer presentation, quotes, RFIs and RFPs.
Introduce new products with application benefits and differentiation to existing and new customer.
Advice customer IT and top management with regard to policy; price competition, product differentiation, and company standards and negotiate AMCs.
Ability to decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs.
Presenting the findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
Answering any technical questions the client might have.
Vertical Market Specialist with Telecom, BFSI, Insurance, Manufacturing and Medical is a plus.
Complete all required sales reports including pipeline activity and prospects for bids and proposals within assigned territory using, Excel, CRM etc.

Preferred:
Achieved 125% of revenue target in year one.
Provide complex assessments and drawing mark-ups to prepare complete quotes.

Required Candidate profile

Essential Education, Experience & Skills:
BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science or MBA with 4+ year experience in selling range of ICT Products and services across industry.
Good time management skills and sensitivity with strong sense of urgency to meet customer requirements and exceed individual targets.
Experience of selling range of ICT Services/ electrical/ electronic/ Hardware and Software.
Possess good communication, interpersonal, presentation and Account Management skills.
Sound understanding of sales process and dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
