Position Summary: Savvysoft Technologies is seeking a versatile Business Development Manager to support and grow our revenue in the India domestic IT Solutions & Staffing / Recruitment Services Markets. The main responsibilities will include Lead generation, Sales and support for the IT Staffing / Recruitment Services. The incumbent will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible balancing organization objectives and customer satisfaction
Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, potentials, and financials for prospective business deals
Understand the staffing & recruiting service portfolio to create list of target companies to prospect
Prospect outreach to create a pipeline of prospective clients and Identify key decision-makers to set up meeting
Assist in signing up service level agreements, staffing contracts and work order from clients until closing process
Requirements tracking and management until closing
Source & Interview candidates for qualifying them against client requirements, as and when needed
Identifying, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating with candidates before client submissions
Attend client discussions and manage clients through frequent visits, calls etc.
Mine for additional business wherever possible with existing clients
University / college degree, with 7 to 12 years of industry relevant experience
Experience in Business Development / Sales function in domestic IT Solutions & Staffing / Recruitment Services
Experience in identifying, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating with clients for business generation
Excellent Skills in creating proposals, presentations, and other relevant collaterals
Successful track record of client management, and operations
Excellent skills in managing candidates and staffing employees
Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills to manage the Clientele
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
Timings: Work from Office only 6 Days / Week (except second Saturday); 9 am – 6 pm
