Job Description:
We are looking for Business Development Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our Inside Sales team. He/ She must have a good communication and interpersonal skills for generating new leads and setting meetings for the Business Development Managers.
Skills Required:
B.Tech/ BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales, ideally in the IT/ Engineering Services Sector.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Ability to work under pressure and within short deadlines.
Familiarity with any CRM platforms will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Source and Maintain Target Client/ Account Databases.
Responsible for developing new leads through Cold Calling.
Present the company Value Proposition during Prospecting.
Ability to quickly research a prospect and tailor the initial call/ pitch to their specific needs to generate leads.
Craft compelling Cold Emails and LinkedIn Messages to generate leads.
Setup Meetings with Qualified Leads for Business Development Managers.
Engaging clients and prospects via Call, Email, Online or Face to Face Meetings, Networking, etc. to understand their needs.
Prepare Quotations and Follow-up of sales with clients.
Maintain and update Inquiries, Leads, Proposals & Client Details in CRM or Offline Databases.
Coordinate and Assist the Project team for resolving queries by intervening with the Client for ongoing projects.
Prepare and Submit Periodic Sales Reports to Business Development Manager.
Support in any other Ad Hoc Sales duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.
