Details of the Position:
Designation : Relationship Manager, Sr. Relationship Manager, Key Relationship Manager for female candidates looking for a career comeback
Nature of the job : Selling of Life Insurance products
Working Hours : Part-time role with flexible working hours (4 hours per day only) between Monday to Friday every week
Location : Remote/ Work-From-Home ; Only 1 day per week to be in Office(every Friday between 10 am to 2pm)
Direct Report to : Sales Supervisor/ Cluster Head
Function / Department : Direct Sales
Who we are looking for?
- Housewives only, with youngest child > 3 years, who are looking for an opportunity to revive their career after taking a break for managing their family & other house-hold responsibilities.
- Must be a Graduate at least.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months sales experience in Insurance sales/ retail Bank distribution/ Corporate Agency & Broking firms/ DSA’s/ Real-estate sales etc
- Must have good communication skills, strong inter-personal skills.
- Must be digitally-savvy with a PC or Laptop or Tablet at home.
- Primary responsibility is to sell Life Insurance policies by contacting prospective customers. List of prospective customers will comprise of their own Natural market (i.e. family, friends, colleagues etc…) and leads shared by the company. In addition, the RM can expand his/ her customer base by collecting references from the contacts and doing their own lead-generation activities
- Reach out to these prospective customers through the Digital(Video Conference through the Microsoft Teams app) and/ or Physical mode(Face-to-Face meeting), if required and update all the interactions and track daily performance through the Leads Management app(LMS) throughout the sales process
- Understand the prospects’ financial needs, recommend the most suitable life insurance solution and ensure rigorous and timely follow-ups
- Complete the login process which includes the Application Form filling, documentation collection & Premium payment. In case of online payment, the end-to-end process can be completed digitally, while working from home.
- Ensure that all procedural requirement for policy issuance are complete and correct & keeping track of the policies till successful issuance
- Ensure timely collection of Renewal payments.
