We are looking at a digitization & innovation leader who has the Ability to breakdown the End to End process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap.
The digitization & innovation leader will oversee and take responsibility will include:
The key responsibilities include driving Process Transformation roadmap as well as defining and implementing strategic Digitization initiatives for Growth functions at Genpact
Continuously assess current systems / tools / tech platforms to determine strategic fit
Responsible for embedding cutting edge digital tools (AI/ML) into the Growth tech ecosystem
Engage with business teams and work on projects that improve business processes and drive transformational value
Build relationships with global teams in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results
Strategic thinker leading a high performance team
Experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality
Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt with Quality improvement and Lean Deployment background
Ability to breakdown the End to End process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap
Overall experience (Sales Operations experience preferable)
Should have delivered large scale end-end Process Transformation projects either for corporate functions or for global clients
Well versed with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus have a proven track record of implementing Digital solutions
Deep familiarization with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred
Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team
Experience in the shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel.
Creative and innovative thinking, ability to think out of box problem solving
Hold engaging & impactful conversations with business teams to include understanding of pain points and challenges in existing processes and demonstrate how automation can solve for those
Strong technology acumen
Exceptional project management skills. Must be able to manage complex projects to milestone, delivery dates and budgets
Strong relationship building skills and customer-service orientation
