Head-Investor Relations (AVP Level)
Head of Investor Relations will lead the Investor Relations department at Jubilant Lifesciences Ltd and be responsible for executing the overall framework of IR strategy and communications with the investor community. The individual will build and nurture relationships with the investment community including sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts, portfolio managers and individual investors.
The individual will also provide insights to the executive team on industry and competitor insights and also the potential impact on investors, of factors such as mergers and acquisitions, investment into and divestment of assets.

Create high impact communication material such as presentations and press releases to analysts, brokers, and investors.
Evaluating, improving and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders and investors
Work closely with senior executive team for development of investment themes, identification of expectations towards minimizing volatility and presenting consistent image,
Represents the views of the investor community to the management team and inputs for the development of corporate strategy
Provide senior executive team critical market insights, including real time analysis of industry information and competitor events
Ability to advise executive team and drive modules in strategic initiatives of the company, including fund raising, M&A etc.
Develop a clear understanding of the segment mix of investor styles and needs, identify and flag inconsistencies of BU strategy with investor needs

MBA / CA with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience.
Ability to work with cross functional/multi-cultural team.
Proven expertise and experience in establishing and implementing dynamic IR strategies and programs.
Pharma/ healthcare exposure or exposure to capital markets will be a positive.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for details
Should have worked in companies with excellent track record of performance and displayed leadership capability in managing the function.
Maturity to deal with C-Suite executives and be able to influence and impact them
Ability to articulate clearly and convincingly.
