(1) Recruiting sales executives (2 years min sales experience), non MBA, having bike and willing to interact with traders / wholesellers / large buyers
(2) one position per select district city (will be communicated)
(3) Ability to recruit in shortest time, with lowest fixed and highest variable payout with monthly CTC not exceeding Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 pm.
(4) Looking for min 50 such positions all India.
(5) Salary & Compensation: Fixed + variable (no of joinees)+ESOP (depending on value she/he brings to the table). Part time, flexible timing, work from home option also OK.
(6) No database, no fancy subscription to job portals thought. Ideally, looking to have gained this as part of experience or should be able to leverage shared resources.
(7) No advertisements in print / online is thought. Should be able to think out of box, leveraging relationships with arts, commerce, science colleges. Reaching out to these colleges has specific objective. Hence, even though freshers are not suitable, college registrars / placement heads / principals can recommend good 2+ yrs sales candidates (one position each per select district)
