Global Payment Operations at Global Business Services covers end to end of Payments including Processing, Sanctions Screening, Investigations, Liquidity management and Monitoring. The team supports all the regions globally (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada), and is based out of Hyderabad and Gurugram.
The current role is to primarily lead the APAC and GPO COO Teams and Training Delivery for GPO. The role will also provide the GPO leadership at GBS with business support. The teams will be spread across regions and the incumbent will be needed to manage stakeholders across time zones.
Incumbent will be responsible for
Leading the APAC FSO COO team and managing deliverables from them Leading the GPO Reporting team and managing deliverables from them Manage onshore stakeholders in APAC and US related to the COO/Reporting work On point for Training Delivery – including process and New Hire Onboarding for GPO at GBS Provide business support leadership to the GPO Leadership at GBS in managing ongoing delivery and in strategic initiatives from time to time
Certifications If Any :
Experience Range – 12-15 years
Mandatory skills :
Knowledge of payments , Communication skills, Manage multiple stakeholders , Change Management
Desired skills :
Problem Solving , Out of the box thinking , Create storyboards , Basic understanding of Payments
