To resolve all customer issues in a timely manner
to maintain customer feedbacks which will help to improve the process
Eligibility
Freshers with Excellent communication in English may only apply
Experienced candidates with 0-3 Yrs experience in Customer Support/ Travel Back ground with Immediate joining and excellent English speaking skills may apply as well
SALARY - Rs 14-20K in hand

4) IATA certified/Trained on foundation/consultant course (Airlines business) is Preferred
